  • Group workshops for the involved employees. Half- or one-day sessions, appropriately tailored to the target audience, covering essential topics on professional reorientation.
  • One-to-one support for individual employees, focussing on professional reorientation. You define the scope. Upon request, I use the formalized BIP personality test.
